When you use the forms on this site we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the site language and the type of request you made (for example, player evaluation, development, clubs and scouts, or talking to a person). We also record the date, your IP address and your acceptance of this policy as evidence of your authorization.
The TPP Proyect Method is aimed at young players. The forms on this site must be completed by an adult. If the request concerns a minor, the person completing the form declares to be the minor’s parent or legal guardian and authorizes the processing. Data of minors is processed with respect for their best interests and fundamental rights. A minor’s data (for example, match video) will only be collected with the express authorization of their legal guardian and solely for the purposes of the detection and development process.
As a data subject you have the right to: know, update and rectify your data; request proof of the authorization granted; be informed about how your data has been used; file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC); revoke the authorization and/or request deletion of your data when legal principles and guarantees are not respected; and access your data free of charge. To exercise these rights write to our contact channel published on this site. We will answer inquiries within ten (10) business days and claims within fifteen (15) business days, extendable as provided by law.
We apply technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration: encrypted connection, password-protected access control, logging of access attempts and form submission limits.
This site only uses functional cookies to remember your language. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
When you continue on WhatsApp, the conversation is also governed by WhatsApp/Meta’s policies. To detect your country’s language we use your IP address momentarily, and to translate content we may send the site’s public texts to an automatic translation service. Your contact details are not sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
