The five structures TPP Proyect evaluates in a player
In the detection phase, each player is evaluated from match video under five structures. They are not five independent boxes added up at the end: they are five lenses that, read together, show whether a player is on track to develop toward high-performance football.
1. Cognitive Structure
How he reads the game before having the ball: head orientation, frequency and timing of scanning, near and far field vision, and the quality of the decision made before receiving.
2. Technical-Coordinative Structure
How he solves with the ball under variable conditions: body orientation on reception, control under pressure, passing and finishing with both feet, dribbling with purpose.
3. Conditioning Structure
The physical base at the service of the game. The question is not how fast he is, but how many times he can repeat that effort with the same quality within a single match.
4. Emotional-Volitional Structure
The intensity and commitment he sustains across the 90 minutes, not only in the play that looks good in the highlights.
5. Creative-Expressive Structure
His own resource: the personal signature that makes a player recognisable and different from others in his position. It is detected, protected and enhanced, but never imposed.
An honest diagnosis
The result is never just a number. It is an honest diagnosis: what the player has today, what he lacks and which specific structures he must work on if he enters the development process.
